What is MBA Associate
Associates act as DCM ambassadors within their MBA campus.Their role is to:• Introduce the concept of Debt Capital Markets in finance groups or clubs
• Share IB Club learning resources and the DCM Salary Map
• Invite interested students to IB Club’s weekly DCM webinar
• Help organize a DCM awareness session within their campusAssociates are not expected to sell courses. Their role is to spark curiosity about the domain.

How the Program Works
1. Apply to become a Campus Associate
2. Selected candidates receive onboarding and program orientation
3. Associates introduce the domain within their campus network
4. Students from the campus join IB Club’s DCM awareness webinar
5. IB Club may conduct special sessions or seminars for interested colleges
